Once you have purchased a package we begin by taking the relevant details about your site such as title, keywords, description and any else which will help in getting an quality submission created. From receiving the details we begin to manually input the data to directories. This process can take up to a month for the larger packages. Once the submissions are completed you will receive your reports on the links submitted along with the password and username for the email address we submitted the links to.

We provide a number of ways to know that your site has been submitted. As most directories provide an email notification of submission we firstly provide an email account at the end of the submission process in which you can see these notifications as proof of submission. Further as there are some directories which don’t provide email notifications you will also receive a detailed PDF report showing a list of the directories submitted to along with the information inputted. By doing this you will have actual proof that your site has been submitted

Due to C4CMedia not owning any of the directory websites we cannot guarantee your acceptance into all of the directories we submit to. However whilst we cannot guarantee acceptance into all of the directories we never usually have any issues with the websites we have submitted because we do everything in our control and experience to ensure a high acceptance rate. This is done by only submitting relevant websites and following the rules of submission for each directory as well as going through each submission carefully to review it before submitting. By undertaking these steps we take that extra step in ensuring a higher acceptance rate.

Yes, all the directories on our list are SEO Friendly. All our lists of directories are constantly verified and any directories not meeting the criteria are removed. 

If your links are approved and put up, they should be on the directory for as long as the directory exists. 

We submit most types of websites. However there are a few which we will not submit. These include those that belong to any of the following categories: Adult, illegal sites or sites promoting hatred and also non-English sites. Gambling sites can be submitted but there would be slightly higher rejection rates for such sites as compared to another site.

From when we begin submitting to the directories through to completion is usually around a month for the larger packages. 

The time delay is dependent upon the directories themselves. Some directories approve the submitted links within 24 hours whilst others may take up to a couple of months. Unfortunately we don’t have any control over the time period once the links are submitted.

We ensure that your website is likely to be accepted into a directory by following each of the individual rules for each directory. For example if a directory requires only the Official title of the website being submitted we only input that information. We also ensure your site is submitted to the right category so as to help for relevancy of your links.
